KMI Contracting L.L.C. is owned and operated by Bryan Matock, Don Kieffer and Martie Rooker-Kieffer. We have over 74 + combined years of experience in the residential home building, commercial tenant improvement, and remodeling experience. We can take the raw piece of dirt with no improvements and turn it into your dream home.
Our success comes from our desire to provide our clients with excellent service, on-time performance, budget controls, quality control and the communication that is necessary for you to keep up to date on your building experience.
